According to the world health organization, it has been found that 12. 6 million deaths at global level per year were due to the environment which mostly affects the poor. People are much exposed to risk factors in the homes, offices and communities due to environmental impacts. Such emerging issues are found to be thrust areas for research. Our thoughtful ideas pushed us to probe into this area further. Recently it has become a very important theory for countries all over the world to deal with the relationship between the environment and development which has penetrated into all aspects of our life. Keeping this in view, we consider this book as brainchild between us while thinking about the impact of climate change which is uneven and looking forward the future prospects of Sustainable development. Hence we discussed about this idea in our college premises and tried to get an edited book published on the theme of sustainable development.
