Abstract

In the rapidly evolving field of Human Resource Management (HRM), Competency Theories have emerged as a cornerstone for developing frameworks that align individual capabilities with organizational goals. These frameworks serve as systematic tools to identify, develop, and assess the skills, knowledge, and behaviors essential for achieving high performance and sustaining a competitive advantage (Boyatzis, 1982; Spencer & Spencer, 1993).
