Abstract

The present chapter is based on the role of ayurveda and Indian medicine for combating the pandemic situation of COVID-19.From exploratory drugs to substitute treatments, all types of medicines are being contemplated. This chapter has been exploring each and every details of how Ayurvedic medicine and Indian medicine provide a successive way for COVID-19 outbreak. The first part of the chapter has been associated with the impact of Ashwagandha for COVID-19. Then the chapter follows different products evaluated for boosting immune
response in order to strengthen the body to fight the infections.
