Abstract

The present chapter examines the role of WHO in combating the pandemic outbreak, COVID-19. The chapter briefs up the important measures WHO has implemented and universal
guidelines to suppress the spread of COVID-19 infection. The importance of WHO along with other governing agencies are important during the crisis time of pandemic situation and
hence keeping this as consideration the present chapter highlights the role of WHO.
